As Volunteer Director of Strategy, Neela gets to apply all that she’s learned over years working in philanthropy to assist SkunkWorks in developing partnerships focused on impact while growing and scaling the organization with purpose and intention.

What motivates her:

She’s inspired by the SkunkWorks Impact Team and participants who are the most resilient, courageous, open-minded, eager to learn, hardworking, determined, responsible, and optimistic colleagues that one could ask for.

When Neela isn’t working to make organizations more impactful:

She’s traveling, trying new recipes, playing games, and enjoying the sunshine!

Credentials:

Although Neela has a degree from UC Berkeley, she finds that she’s learned far more from professional experiences, other leaders and colleagues, and reflection.
